Directions: Please watch the video and answer the questions below in COMPLETE SENTENCES. I LOVE the Crash Course YouTube series but it is on a 9th Grade Biology level and may have some advanced vocabulary that you will not need for 7th Grade Science. So, please pay special attention to the questions I've asked you as most of the other information you will talk about in two years when you get to high school :) Hint: If you fast forward to the end, you'll see a menu of topics covered in the video. There you can click on a specific organelle and just watch the part that you need for each question. You're Welcome :)

Hey Everyone! I know it says Study Jams on your HW but they took down the video so I picked a different video from MakeMeGenius on YouTube. It's about 5 minutes long and its not the most entertaining video but...enjoy :) Sorry for all of the confusion y'all! When you search for Cell Theory a WHOLE bunch of videos pop up. I meant to say only search for CELLS :) It's fixed now but SO SO SORRY!
BrainPop! Directions: 1. Login to BrainPop with above Username and Password 2. Search for Cells on BrainPop. If the video doesn't pop up from the link above. 3. Watch the video 4. Click on "Take the Quiz" 5. Click on "Graded Quiz" 6. Take the quiz based on the video you just watched, feel free to rewatch the video if necessary. 7. Click "Email Your Results" 8. Complete information (Full Name, [email protected], Homeroom). 9. Press OK
1. Click here to go to comic website 2. Type in Activation Code UHME-FB and Click the Submit button (Make sure there are no spaces in the code) 3. Create an appropriate screenname (Mine is JFreezy :)) 4. Create an easy password you'll remember (I'd write it down in my notebook if I were you!) 5. Type in your real name 6. You should see an assignment entitled, "The 3- Domains" 7. Click OPEN and read the Instructions for the assignment 8. Click the Create Comic Button 9. Select whatever format you'd like and create your comic about the 3 Domains (I suggest either QUICKIE or CLASSIC for this assignment) . It's pretty simple from there although you may have to play around with it to get the feel of how it works. 10. Make sure you click PUBLISH so I can receive it. 11. Enjoy :) |
